“After spending almost 20 years in the world of high performance sport, culminating in competing at the 2020 Olympics, I am excited about the opportunity to provide valuable insights and strategies with my clients at ÜNDA. My unique background has instilled in me a deep understanding of the critical role nutrition plays in optimizing physical performance and overall wellbeing.

I began practicing as a clinical dietitian at Sunnybrook Hospital. I am looking forward to combining my clinical expertise with my personalized approach to help individuals lead healthier lifestyles through evidenced-based dietary choices. My philosophy is all foods fit, and I aim to promote a balanced and inclusive approach to eating.

I have always been an advocate for the power of community, as my communities throughout the years have always supported me throughout my athletic career. This belief is fueling my desire to contribute meaningfully to the health and vitality of Leslieville. I look forward to cultivating trusting relationships with my clients and to empower them to reach their unique goals.”

“What intrigues me most about working with people are their stories—learning about where we come from, how we got here, and where we want to go. Every body carries a unique narrative, and as therapists, we have the privilege of discovering each one and becoming part of its journey. By understanding these stories, we can reflect on the past, address present challenges, and prepare for the future with fresh insight. Whether you’re striving to break new limits as an athlete or simply navigate daily life with more ease, I’m excited to hear your story and look forward to writing the next chapter together—with you, our community, and ÜNDA.”

“As a physio, my mission is simple: help you move better, feel better, and crush whatever goals you’ve set for yourself. Whether you’re a high-performance athlete or just want to get up and down off the floor to play with your grandkids, I’m here to get you there. I’m all about digging deep to figure out what’s really going on with your body, and then working with you to build a treatment plan that fits your goals, your lifestyle, and how you like to move.

Your plan could be anything from tweaking your daily routine to hands-on work to ease that tension, to crafting personalized exercises that get you back in action. And if you’re an athlete, don’t worry—I’m not about sidelining you more than necessary. We’ll figure out what you can handle now and build you up from there.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me hitting the gym or out on a run.”

“The approach is a product of trying to integrate the influence of some amazing hands on body workers from chiro to osteo and massage therapy, with a rehab and training lens that is performance oriented based on lessons learned from some of the industry leaders.

The idea isn’t to impose upon anyone a paradigm that doesn’t align with what they’re seeking. We’re here to connect, care and serve. So having a framework that is flexible and scalable is paramount because it lets me meet the person where they are.”

“Playing sports from a young age naturally exposed me to the world of physio. I had great experiences with them early on and the work they did helping me get back to what I love was huge. Being disconnected from things we love often challenges our sense of self. Having had great experiences getting back to sport and other things I love left a lasting impression on me. I’m trying to bring that same energy to ÜNDA.”

“I believe every human is designed to be extraordinary. What’s beautiful about life is that we each get to define what extraordinary means to us. Whether it’s achieving new levels of physical fitness, maintaining pain-free posture to bring digital ideas to life, or aging with the strength and mobility to carry your grandchild, pain and setbacks can interrupt the journey to that joy.

I’m passionate about uncovering the root cause of symptoms and seeing the relief on people’s faces when they get off the treatment table. But what truly excites me is helping them understand how they got here in the first place, so they feel empowered with the knowledge of how their body works—and how to care for it in the future.”
